Leveljump Board of Directors Members Stock Purchase

Toronto, ON – June 3, 2021 – Leveljump Healthcare Corp. (TSXV: JUMP) (OTCQB: JMPHF) (FSE: 75J) ("Leveljump" or the "Company"), a Canadian leader in B2B telehealth solutions, is pleased to announce today that certain board members, including the CEO and CFO of the Company, have purchased shares of the Company in the open market.

The purchases are part of a commitment by management in support of our long-term growth plans. Since the company was first listed on the TSXV in December 2020, the board members have not sold any shares.
