LevelJump Closes Private Placement Raising Gross Proceeds of Over $877,000

Toronto, ON – July 4, 2022 – LevelJump Healthcare Corp. (TSXV: JUMP) (OTC: JMPHF) (FSE: 75J) (“LevelJump” or the “Company”), a Canadian leader in B2B telehealth solutions, is very pleased to announce that, further to its news releases of April 6th, 2022, it has now completed and closed a non-brokered private placement financing. In connection with the private placement, the Company has issued a total of 5,858,334 units for aggregate gross proceeds of $877,000.15 at a price of $0.15 per unit (a “Unit”).

Each Unit consists of one common share of Leveljump and one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share of Leveljump at an exercise price of $0.20 for a period until January 31, 2024.

The net proceeds from the financing will be used towards acquisitions and for general working capital purposes.

All securities issued pursuant to this financing will be subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months and one day from closing under applicable securities legislation.
